What is the validity period of this campaign?

This offer is valid for all loans disbursed between Dec 11th 2025 and Dec 17th 2025. Loans disbursed before or after these dates are not eligible.

Is thereminimum loan amount required to get the voucher?

Yes, this offer is valid for all eligible loan disbursals where the loan amount is greater than ₹50,000

Who is eligible for this offer?

You are eligible if:
• Your loan disbursal is completed during the campaign period
• You successfully pay your 1st EMI on time
• Your loan account is active and not cancelled prior to the voucher issuance.

If I applied before the campaign starts but get the money disbursed during the campaign, do I qualify?

Yes! The eligibility is based on the disbursal date, not the application date. If the funds are released to you during the campaign period, you are eligible.

When will I receive my ₹1000 Amazon Gift Voucher?

The voucher will be processed and sent to you after the successful clearance of your 1st EMI. You can expect to receive it within 7-10 working days after your first installment is paid

How will the voucher be delivered?

The voucher code will be sent digitally to your registered email address.

Can I request the voucher to be sent todifferent email address or phone number?

For security reasons, vouchers are sent only to the registered email address linked to your OneScore account.

What if I don't receive my voucher after paying my 1st EMI?

If 10 working days have passed since your 1st EMI payment and you haven't received the email:
1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Verify that your registered email address is correct.
3. Createsupport ticket with your EMI Payment status, for our team to review the details

What happens if I cancel the loan or foreclose it before the 1st EMI?

If the loan is cancelled or foreclosed prior to the payment of the 1st EMI, you will not be eligible for the gift voucher
